Day of Reflection

Day of Reflection

“And though he tried to look properly severe for his students, Fletcher Seagull suddenly saw them all as they really were, just for a moment, and he more than liked, he loved what he saw. No limits, Jonathan? He thought and he smiled. His race to learn had begun.” From Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach

It is easy to become worn down by the pace and intensity of our teaching efforts. Our continued striving to learn and to help others to learn, if it is to remain vibrant and balanced, requires that we set aside time to rest and reflect. A Day of Reflection provides us with the time to be discerning: to reflect on what we have achieved, and what is needed to sustain us in our endeavors. It is a day of active relaxation.

Please talk to HOZA! about the chosen theme for your next Day of Reflection.
